"Terrible experience. I was attended by Julio, and his behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for a customer service role. Instead of helping or explaining, his attitude was arrogant and unprofessional, creating an unnecessary and uncomfortable situation.

It’s unfortunate that a serious company’s reputation can be affected by behavior like this. An apology does not erase the impact of such poor service.

Fortunately, other employees did provide kind and professional assistance, which clearly shows the difference in service quality.

I hope the company takes urgent action to prevent other customers from going through the same experience."

"I've been a customer of State Farm for 35 years auto insurance at one time myself my wife and my two daughters all had automobile insurance with State Farm. Now me and my wife currently have home and 2 vehicles insured with SF. Now x 35 years think of the hard earned money we gave to this insurer!!! LOTS LOTS OF MONEY!!

Quite frankly and with a lot of honesty placed out on the table in front of me. I can honestly say that this agent has never ever cared about me my wife or my family... TRUTH!

The times that we have had claims, and it's been an emergency, this agent has never responded I always have to talk to office staff but yet he makes all the money on the commission when he sells me the insurance!! I do have options to move on to another State Farm agent?

However our thoughts at this point maybe just move on from State Farm.. The service has really really been terrible, especially when it comes down to something being state farms fault, GOOD LUCK THEY WANT YOU TO DO ALL THE INCONVIENCE FOOT WORK AND THE DISCREPANCY IS THEIR FAULT??? NOTICE THE ??? said when you can't call and speak to your actual agent I think that's a great deal of disrespect towards the 35-year customer of course this is based on my opinion, and also based on a lot of facts that I have amassed and little notes that I wrote down about the way State Farm is handled certain things.

especially at this office my experience is definitely 100% a 1 star event... And honestly the true absurdity to all of this is the fact that I have been with this company for 35 years. I would think State Farm would have some type of policy that would put customers like me on a pedestal instead of in a basement and that's what they've done.. If they don't want to respect me anymore than thats perfectly acceptable. They have had ZERO PROBLEM TAKING OUR MONEY FOR 35 YEARS.. as a 35-year customer I have a question for you FOLKS CONSIDERING CHANGING INSURANCE COMPANIES PLEASE LET YOUR CONSCIENCE BE YOUR GUIDE.. are you quite sure that you want to become a NEW customer of State Farm at this point I would advise you not to use State Farm. Your words of wisdom have spoken out loud today and me and my wife are in agreement. Why should we allow or accept being treated like this?

And I'm finding that I am getting quotes that are actually some or lower than the company I've been with for 35 years remember that 35 years folks you do the honors of making your own decisions and I'll keep writing all kinds of reviews for Google I am up to 34350 views from my Google reviews.. That makes me feel good that the message is getting out there and that's a good thing, because reviews are made for just that a review therefore State Farm you just earned your one-star review from my family! Congrats!"
